The actual training is just a portion of my services. I will also provide guidelines on diet and nutrition to maximize your training, which supplements work and how to make lifestyle changes that keep you looking and feeling your best.
I have access to two great private gyms in Kihei or I can train you at your home. Another option is to use the gym facilities at the Four Seasons or the Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea.
